Prerequisites to Attend

 This course is suitable for all owners, trainers, practitioners and anyone who cares for horses, be it beginners or advanced, who wish to contribute to the development of the horses they care about. An understanding of horse handling is essential. It is taught in an easy to follow way, in a relaxed and fun environment.

The Course

This is a comprehensive course outlining the principles & techniques for safe mobilisation of your horses joints and stretching your horses muscles.

The course includes a detailed 50 page manual including detailed photographs of all the stretches taught. It is vital that this technique is done correctly and safely to avoid injury, not only to the person performimg the technique but also to the horse.

I have always used Stretching and Mobilization techniques when treating horses and teach owners basic techniques to help their own horses. . I really think that stretching should be used by every horse owner, trainer and equine practitioner, what ever their discipline.

Course venue

All courses take place at Grange Farm Equestrian Centre, in Wittering. Closest town is Peterborough, on the Northamptonshire/Cambridgeshire border. Just off the A1

Course Cost

This 1-day course costs £130, which covers full tuition, fully illustrated manual.

Refreshments are provided but please bring your own packed lunch. The day runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Course group will be no larger than 8 students.
